History of Diktum: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum is publish by Faculty of Law, University Pancasakti Tegal Central Java Indonesia. Diktum firstly publish in 2013 with the print journal, in 2018 publish in OJS 2.4.8 software via http://e-journal.upstegal.ac.id/index.php/diktum and migrated with OJS 3.1.0 in 2019 via http://diktum.upstegal.ac.id/index.php/diktum

In the May 2019 issue (Volume 7 No. 1), Diktum implemented a change effort to improve the quality of publishing articles such as the use of online submissions, the use of plagiarism examiners in each of its articles.
